Bookings are essential.

This event is an opportunity to bring together Tasmanian members in an informal setting to connect with fellow architects, share experiences, discuss common challenges, and build a stronger local network of small practice professionals.

The lunch is free for ArchiTeam members and non members to attend, with participants simply responsible for purchasing their own food and drinks.

As this is our first Tasmanian gathering open to Members and Non-Members, there is no formal agenda. Instead, we'd like to use the opportunity to hear directly from you about the opportunities and challenges facing small practices in Tasmania, and to discuss how ArchiTeam can best support you moving forward. ArchiTeam Director and fellow Tasmanian Sam Perversi-Brooks will host the lunch.

Topics may include:

• The current business environment for small practices
• Regulatory and compliance challenges
• Managing workload, staffing and profitability
• Technology and practice management tools
• Professional development opportunities
• Areas where ArchiTeam can advocate on behalf of members

The lunch will operate under Chatham House Rules, creating a safe and supportive environment for open discussion and the sharing of ideas and experiences.

Whether you've been a member for years, have recently joined ArchiTeam or are just curious to know more about ArchiTeam, we encourage you to come along, meet your peers, and help shape the future of our Tasmanian member community.
