ARCHITEAM 2026 AWARDS: EARLY CAREER AWARD - NEW
ARCHITEAM 2026 AWARDS: EARLY CAREER AWARD - NEW
Recognising the next generation of small practice architects
ArchiTeam is proud to introduce the Early Career Award, a new category recognising and celebrating architects within their first five years of registered practice who demonstrate strong design capability, professional development, and clear potential for future leadership within small practice.
The award acknowledges the important formative years of architectural practice — a time where architects develop their design approach, build professional confidence, take on increasing responsibility and establish their future direction within the profession.
The Early Career Award evaluates the individual’s early practice trajectory, focusing on their growth, capability and future potential.
This award is intentionally distinct from the ArchiTeam Innovation & Contribution Award, which recognises exceptional contributions to architecture beyond building design, including initiatives, research, advocacy, education, industry discourse and innovative practice.
While the Innovation & Contribution Award celebrates the broader influence architects can have on the profession and community, the Early Career Award celebrates the development and promise of the individual architect.
